Thorble is a daily clue-based trivia and learning app. Play shared daily boards, practice with quiz modes, study the facts behind each clue, follow other players, and climb leaderboards across web and mobile.
Is Thorble free to use?
Yes, Thorble is free to start. Free players can play daily games and core practice/study experiences. Thorble Pro unlocks deeper training such as unlimited study, Custom games, Final Round practice, Review Misses, and an ad-free experience while subscribed.
Which platforms is Thorble available on?
Thorble is available as a web app at app.thorble.com, on iOS through the App Store, and on Android through Google Play.
How often are new questions added?
Thorble has fresh daily boards, including the Daily Challenge, Daily Multiple Choice, and Daily Crossword. Study and practice content is powered by Thorble's own fact catalog and editorial pipeline.
Account & Settings
Do I need to create an account to use Thorble?
Yes. Thorble requires sign-in so scores, streaks, study progress, follows, leaderboards, and cloud sync stay tied to your profile. You can sign in with Google, Apple on iOS, or email and password.
How do I change my username or profile picture?
You can update your profile information by going to Settings > Profile in the app. From there, you can change your username, profile picture, and other account details.
How can I delete my account?
If you wish to delete your account, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app. Alternatively, you can visit our Delete Account page on our website for step-by-step instructions.
Can I use my account on multiple devices?
Yes, you can sign in to your Thorble account on multiple devices. Your progress, achievements, and settings will sync across all devices where you're signed in.
Gameplay & Features
How does the Daily Challenge work?
The Daily Challenge is a set of 5 questions that refreshes every 24 hours. All users worldwide receive the same questions, allowing for global competition. Your score is recorded on the daily leaderboard, and you can see how you rank against other players.
What categories are available in Thorble?
Thorble covers broad trivia and learning areas such as history, science, geography, arts, literature, sports, and general knowledge. The Study tab also lets you browse facts, topics, timelines, maps, and high-value clue patterns.
How does the scoring system work?
Points are awarded based on correct answers and the speed of your response. Answering quickly earns you more points. Consecutive correct answers build a multiplier that increases your score. The exact formula is: Base Points × Speed Bonus × Streak Multiplier.
Can I play offline?
Daily games, leaderboards, account sync, and social features require an internet connection. On iOS, Thorble Pro includes an Offline Library for downloaded study content when you want to learn without connectivity.
Technical Support
The app is crashing. What should I do?
First, try restarting the app and your device. Make sure you have the latest version of Thorble installed. If the problem persists, please contact our support team with details about your device model and operating system version.
My progress isn't saving. How can I fix this?
Ensure you're signed in to your account and have a stable internet connection. If you're playing offline, your progress will sync the next time you connect to the internet. If the issue continues, try clearing the app cache in your device settings.
How do I report an incorrect question or answer?
If you believe a question or answer is incorrect, you can report it by tapping the "Report" button on the question screen. Our team reviews all reports and makes corrections as needed. We appreciate your help in improving our content!
What are the minimum device requirements for Thorble?
For Android devices, Thorble requires Android 6.0 or higher. For the web app, we recommend using the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge browsers. The app requires approximately 50MB of storage space.

Thorble Pro unlocks unlimited fact study, full Clue Coach sessions, Custom games, Final Round practice, Review Misses, offline iOS study, and an ad-free experience while the subscription is active.
How much does Thorble Pro cost?
Thorble Pro is available for $4.99/month or $39.99/year. A one-time Remove Ads purchase is also available on iOS for players who only want to remove banner ads.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel through the platform where you subscribed, such as App Store subscriptions on iOS or Google Play subscriptions on Android. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Is there a refund policy?
Refund requests are handled by the platform where the purchase was made, such as Apple or Google. If you run into an access issue after purchase, contact support@thorble.com with your platform and account email.
